poor ches - 2 vavim

Image
This "sofer" makes his ches out of 2 vavs, it is easier. Easy = speed = more cash! But no yiras shamayim, although this is kosher bdieved, this is contrary to the laws of "csiva tama" that a ches' left part be a zayin. A "sofer" that makes this his practice is chashud in my eyes. Therefore I search any shayla to passel these types of csav!!

is this chatoteres kosher?

Image
enlarge for better picture I have a doubt if this type of chatoteres on the ches is kosher, since it is not connecting from the closer edges of the zayinim, rather from their center or far side?

Spray Klaf

Image
This new stuff called "Spray Klaf."  The claim was that it was Mei Klaf in spray form.  I have been using Mei Klaf(usually with an Eida Chareidit Hekhsher) for years.  I have never seen Mei Klaf do this.  The letters litterally are not davuk to the klaf.  I can erase them with a rubber eraser, and break them by running my fingernail over them.  Here is a picture of a Mezzuzah that I wrote with "Spray Klaf" treated Klaf.  The damage done occurred from simply rolling the Mezzuzah.

Common Problem in Ksav Chabad

Image
"Chess" of "Bechozek": A few months ago I had a similiar "Chess" and Rabbi Shamai Gross passeled it Because the left "Zayin" is shaped like a "Nun" which makes it a "Tof". Recently, When I was checking this guy's Tefillin I noticed a similiar "Chess" and I brought it to Rabbi Wosner in Montreal (the author of Shu"t Chayei Halevi, nephew of Shevet Halevi) and he said after much thought "S'is gornisht" Here's a copy of Tefillin which are Meyuchas to R' Reuven Sofer, the source of Ksav Chabad. Notice the "Chess".
