its not a problem from the beis, its more of a problem because the regel is so wide, however according to the kesivah tamah you can scratch it down and it would be considered lechatchillah after tikkun
The hei is kosher. You can scratch off some of the right side to make the left regel shorter. (it would be nice to also shorten the ekev of the Beis then add a little ink to the left side of this left regel. It should then be lechatchila.
