Is this the correct tzura? 


or should be like this

  1. I personally understand like in the second picture, the whole Vov head facing upward (I notice that it's twice the same Vayzoso in both pictures).

  4. In the kavanot written in the name of the Arizal we find instructions (contrary to what we find in the Guemara)... that the ZAYIN of VAYZATA should be made large... and VAV small. Has any one seen a Megillah written that way?
