Too close?

Full situation: in the last line, as I finished the line, I realized I had forgotten the Yud of Veyehi. I thought I had enough space to add but now I'm afraid it's too close to Mimochoras.

1) is it ok as it is?
2) if it's not, how can I fix it? If I make the Mem of mimochoras smaller is it Chok tochos ?
3) I welcome any other comments on the writing

  1. Its too close.

    Not chok tochos.

But, at the risk of sounding not pc: one is out of integrity if they are writing a Torah and not proficient in the dinim of chok tochos.

Please reconsider writing untill you review the dinim (and obtain a proper kabalah).

    1. I know this is not the classic case of Chok Tochos (but it does remind me of it hence the question), however I'm not afraid to ask if this is a problem I'm perhaps not aware of.

Even at the risk of asking a stupid question. And getting a stupid answer.
