  1. IMHO that little point satisfies the requirement of it not being round. It presents as being a chada on both sides, which is perfectly kosher. It is a kosher mem stuma, at worst with a little pegam near the bottom right, but certaily does not look like a samech or in any way a sofek shinuy tzurah. with respect, i don't think any of the major poskim would have a problem with these. It would only be a problem if it was round at the time of writing, and the chada added afterwards...
