This is exactly what I am trying to understand. The Torah is fixed and kosher now. Is this work done professionally according to the standards of regular sofer?
Rav is not a sofer. So the question goes back to sofer.

Obviously a rov who knows safrus and as a rov he can weigh in on the choshen mishpat aspect
