Discussion about the postioning of the Tag/Ukutz on a Yud in Sefardi Ksav
Harav Gudis, talmid muvhak of Harav Ovadia zt'l, told me that mistama the daas of Harav Ovadia is that the tag (besides the oketz) isn't required. However, according to the Arizal lechatchila the tag should be added and one who wants to be choshesh for the Arizal there's a chashash in the hidur.
Apologies, I don't know how to post the pictures in the comments section of the earlier post about this issue.
ReplyDeleteSo the lack of the second tag (on the top part of the letter) of the yud is not מהודר according to most ספרדי פוסקים until fixed ?
