A place for English speaking sofrim (scribes), magihim (examiners), rabbis and vendors of Stam (Torah, Tefillin and Mezuzah scrolls) from around the world to communicate, share ideas, ask questions and offer support and advice.
There were a few end ך's which were questionable (had short גג) I showed a tinok all and he said end ך for all of them, except for the end of לאבתיך he said, " enda vav.". Any thoughts?
There's no way to know what he meant. He may have intended to call it a Vav or maybe be intended to say enda Chaf or maybe he started to say enda Chaf then immediately switched to a Vav. Ask him again or ask another tinok.
